you mean when I recording, I set 30 fps in a programm? (I using fraps)... is it better If I use 60 fps while recording? or just because 60 fps unless?
I just heard If you upload 60 fps video on Youtube, it looks better than if it was 30

the videos seem fine to me. didn't get 1080p working tho :/ maybe youtube is still transcoding.

If you want to record Q3 use Q3MME.

Also, you can try WolfcamQL, it has more pleasure graphics and some useful features such as item timers and etc. Afaik it work with Q3 too (not only with QL). Also, here is some useful links:
