I'm also interested in a new mouse that would fit my wheel-using style (and obviously shape-wise, grip-wise, etc.). And possibly a mousepad that would be a good match with such a mouse... :D
Try some mechanical keyboards?
There's a lot of switches on the market and not all of them are suitable for every player, let me know what's your budget etc
Dunno, 40-50 euro max ? Don't really see the point of spending too much on a keyboard. I'd rather try a new mice because really it feels like many players have a much smoother setup and I can imagine my aim beeing way more solid on a few of them after getting used to it.
I don't think I could play on spartie's setup for example because the mouse grip doesn't really come close to the one I'm comfortable with on my wmo, but using his setup feels as smooth as baby skin. I'd imagine it could be great for a way more solid LG tracking...
I don't know that G400 and even the ec evo1 looks a lot different to wmo shape. Zowie AM and Zowie EC2 Evo seems to be just the same... Too bad you dont sell a ec2 :(
I used to play on the numpad, so I got that logitech keyboard you were using with the idea that I would have extra keys next to the numpad. However I think I got keylocks on the numpad so was forced to play wasd. It's nice and the keyboard is small, but the keys are loose and soft and don't provide good feedback. I.e. they feel pretty bad.
I can't find my preferred keyboard anymore so I have gotten a mechanical keyboard and switched back to wasd. The keyboard I got was the CM Storm Quickfire Pro which is a fairly cheap mechanical keyboard.
I would say I like everything about the keyboard except that the spacebar is a bit noisy and hard to press, and I use it to jump so it has caused some movement difficulty, but I have gotten used to it.
The other thing is that there is a backlight on half the keyboard, if I was going to get one again, I would get a full backlight since it's helpful in the dark.
For a mouse, I've just got the Zowie FK, which is probably comparable to the mouse you are currently using, except it runs 1000hz out the box and supports higher dpi settings. I don't really use the mouse wheel, so can't help you there.
