To sign up for the draft write !sign in #ctfpickup. You can only sign up if you've played 5 games in the channel. This is necessary to determine a proper rating for the team-generation.

On Sunday (15.12.) at 13:00CET the check-in will start and last for one hour. Everybody who signed up previously should check-in to finally save his spot. Especially people who signed up after the 64 player limit should check in, because in case someone with a save spot doesn't show up other people will get his spot.
Note: The order matters, the earlier someone signs up the more likely the chance to get a spot.

After the check-in the teams will be generated based on the players rating. Once that is done, the teams will be announced and the draft can start.

The draft will be played in a cup mode. That is, we'll have a group stage and a single elimination bracket stage. The 2 best teams of each group will go into the bracket stage.

The whole tournemant is played Best-of-3.

The map pool for this draft will be the one voted by the community. We will announce this map pool tomorrow evening (5.12.).

To make the whole thing more interesting the winner team will get 4x 3-Month Premium QL tokens (Thanks Drayan for sponsoring these!).

You need to have at least 5 games played to sign up for the draft.

1)All games take place on German servers unless both team captains agree to play somewhere else.

2)Everyone must record demos and make them available for admins if requested.
It is an immediate forfeit loss for the entire team if anyone fails to record demos at any point.

3)Please remember the intention of this draft is for fun and enjoyment.
Of course have a bit of fun/banter but please no excessive abuse towards other draft players.
If it is deemed to be too excessive then you will be removed from the whole tournament.

4)If one team is late by more than 15 minutes, then an admin will likely award a forfeit win to the other team.
Please make sure you are on time.

5)Voice comms must be used by all players who are competing in this draft.
You can ask smove to create a temporary channel for this draft on the ctfpickup.eu TS server.

6)If for whatever reason, a player can no longer participate in the tournament,
they can be replaced by another quake player who has so far not participated in the tournament
but this players rating can be no more than 15 higher rating.
