I know a guy who does that in CA. I joined, made teams even mid game. He's the first guy that I fight. I won and 2 sec later he kicked me. Next time I joined his server - insta kick :D I guess he remembers :> Does this to many people. Mostly ones that are better than him

Yeah, that's the thing with those servers. Aborting matches or kicking people. If you report them, there's a possibility they wil get a warning or temp ban. Best thing is to let it go or just not join servers from people you don't know.
