fixed schedule for matches sounds very hazardous.

iCTF is a nice gametype

The last ql nationscups there always has been an iCTF tournament, so we wanted to continue with that.

The fixed schedule is made to give the community a maximum @ coverage. We can sort out the streamers for every game on a fixed schedule much better.

It will be possible to postpone one game by a wildcard at the group stage.

And schedule at a different time on the same day if both nations agree i may hope. Because 21:45 is a shit time to start playing for people that have to wake up early the next day, specially if you're in an eastern european timezone.

Thats possible eXodus, when admins get informed about that min. 3 days before. And maybe CTF will switch to Monday @ 21.00 cet, we will talk about that in the admin channel.

Wouldn't it be easier to let nations decide about a time themselves, that way you probably get games more spread out giving more opportunities for streamers to stream more then one game?

And if nations can't agree on a time the standard time is 21:00CET or 20:00CET?

We had that system in the past on clanbase exodus, mostly the nationcups ended 3-4 weeks later as planned, because teams postponed and postponed-

Now you have a fixed schedule like HoQ or Jolt was, and u can plan your games now, 6 weeks before the cup starts. so enough time to get the players.

Atm we have 7 streamers, that will be enough for every matchday ;)

Thats a nice change then, i just remember the last season of HoQ not even having 50% of the matches played because of unchangable set days/times.
