fuse would be a great cpma/pql map. it doesnt belong in vQL. Theres way too many jumps that could be used in those physics

Exactly, it was originally a Xonotic map which uses pql/cpma-like movement. It makes sense that it should be played in pql cups.

I actually thought about giving this a shot just for the fun of it, but I'm not available that day :/
I always enjoyed the movement but couldn't really make full use of the fastswitch because I'm too used to VQL.

Welll, I do like delirium. And it does feel nice with air control. Personally I don't like the style of "wicked." Maybe I just need to play that map more. No mega and only 2 Ya's. It seems like it's more about aim and less about "playing the map." You can't really be creative in how you play. Then again, maybe I just gotta play it more.

and yeah, QL's phrantic is terrible. When I first played phrantic in cpm it blew my mind of how much better a map it was, pretty much just because of the mega.

PQL/CPMA feels so bad watching after VQL... :/ Those sudden moves in the air, no proper physics whatsoever...weird. Seems much more forgiving if you make a mistake.

I know I will get flamed by fan boys now...but I really don't care. :P :) That's just my opinion. And after watching this, I am really afraid how the Reflex/Reborn gonna be...hope not like this.

I played CPMA during 2003 and 2004 a bit...but never sticked to it. I simply don't like it. VQ3A or VQL suits me better...to play and to watch stream. To each his own...

But like I said, if Reflex will be like this (and most probably will judging by the tech demo)...I don't see a good future for it. I hope I am wrong, but...number of players of CPMA/PQL community speaks for itself, also...the number of viewers of this cup was negligible.
