If u think you cant get ripped in half a year, u obviously never lifted, which is actually true, potato eater.
i was already bulky, just fat. losing another 10 kg over half a year is nothing big, and its quite easy. you just need to avoid muscle catabolism, which may happen on certain diets with negative calorie intake
and actually the fact im 178cm is the reason im big as a fucking closet.
