I've been looking for a mouse for quite a while, I looked at numerous threads, articles, reviews etc. about it and i really couldn't find a final solution.
The main consensus I was able to detect was that for the use I want (a mouse for FPS with no acceleration) the best choices would be the G400, Zowie EC1 Evo, Microsoft Intellimouse 3.0 and the Deathadder.
The first three are of difficult access in the country i live in, in a trustworthy shop (with the exception of the G400 newer version, the G400s) and i pretty much only heard bad things involving build quality and the software it uses, about the Deathadder.
I cogitated buying many mice: Sensei, M65, Kone, Kana, Imperator, etc. but every time I researched some forums I found about problems with every single one (z axis issue, positive and negative acceleration, etc.)
After all that boring text my two questions remain: what would you guys suggest for me? and if in case of buying a laser mouse will i need to get something like an aluminum mouse pad to not suffer from acceleration issues?
PS: Adding to the above information i generally use claw or palm grip, low DPI settings and i have no need for huge amounts of buttons

You should look into that one imo, also based on the same sensor is the Mionix AVIOR 7000 that looks good, the choice between the 2 depends on your grip.
