Aesthetically and spiritually I like to be a woman, but it comes with many disadvantages. First being on my period, i mean EVERY FUCKING MONTH, that's not desirable. So at office there are 2 possible strategies: Comply with it and try to get any possible advantage you can from your "physical appearance", or Counter it by wearing "ugly" clothes, not wearing make-up, and overall setting signal on "no-sex-material". The latter will probably brand you as being a grey mouse who is not ambitious enough. That's the Scylla and Charybdis, hopefully you are able to sail your boobs - sry, boat - somewhere between that and be okay. Not all men are that obsessed with sex and subversive anti-female prejudices. But statistically speaking, it's much harder for women to have normal, buddy-like relationships with men. This also sets one at a disadvantage career-wise, at least that's how I feel. And somehow with women I wasn't able to develop that kind of relationship, either because they just weren't there on the "upper" level or because they were so twisted by their own past fight to get there that they weren't open enough to help others. Maybe it's because of a jealous mindset, too, but I can't judge.
And then, if you try to free yourself from all that shit and try to be independent you are on the slippery slope on being either a feminist with "hair on your teeth" - highly suspicious for men! - or some kind of witch, who were burned in the middle ages.
