3:00 mark is a classic example of someone not understanding CTF.

He has quad, his teammate takes the enemy flag and exits the base. Then he spawncamps enemy base with quaddamage killing irrelevant enemies that HAD no chance to stop the flag carrier.
Not only is he wasting quad since he doesn't even attempt to escort his flag carrier. No, he is actively preventing his team scoring, because he kills irrelevant enemies at enemy base, that respawn in a better position to kill his flag carrier. The flag carrier that he doesn't escort.
The fact that the clip ends shortly after the enemy flag returns highly suggests that it was a wasted quad.

The end of the movie was hilarious tough ;)
