I am not surprised linkin didn't changed his behavior, he was already like that back in the W3 days. I always knew him as a ragequiter with strong opinions, i know he hate russians but come on... About the lake of french players in the last question there is something to note. Since the end of the Fr servers the Fr playerbase has started to decrease (thx to the french ISP). Country has 70 million inhabitants and no servers?

Well, we ping pretty good to .de, .nl, .uk servers so it's not really a problem. There are quite a lot of French players though, I often see French flags in FFAs and CTFs (I don't play CA) . Getting brand new players these days is complicated though for obvious reasons I guess every country goes through.

I'm not sure l1nkin hates Russians though, at least I never heard him talking about it, it's just in game trolling.

Lot of people ping 80 -150+ to DE for almost half of the day. UK is most of the time ok. I can't belive you defend the idea there is no need for Fr servers. I am speechless. Fr is central country inbetween PT ESP ITA UK and GER.

I'm not saying FR servers would not be needed, but I think that's not the reason why the French player base is decreasing or at least not being huge.

Let's say there's a vote for FR servers, I'd vote yes in a second of course.

Just think about that, not a lot of players are willing to play with 100+ ping. In fact if i play less and less its because i just can't play when my ping goes up. And couple of my friends just stoped playing because of the pings they have outside Fr. I could list them here everyone knows them and you probably too.

The problems is not only we dont have server but since 1 year the ISP has gone bad for a lot of people.

It is true the ping in .de is sometimes high.

Anyway, what can be done about having FR servers again ?

as far as i understood if we provide them a server with anything needed and a pro connection it is still not enough, they want a contract or something?

55 ms on de servers. Remember old good times when we had 31 on germans servers.

still, we got 31 ms on uk servers now but nothing happen in her. Only CA ragers.

i have an OVH server in a datacenter @ paris but i dont think syncerror will see this message.

Don't be pessimistic like that dude, QL FR won't die, because there is still a strong oldschool players base, and new players like me that will never be top but who enjoy the game and will continue to play and support it.
