More than an Xbone.
But if you already have a huge games collection, i'd say stick with it, and wait at least some more months for the ps4 price to drop a little.
Meanwhile if you really have to buy new games for it, just stick to the ones with the highest hours played/dollar ratio, such as multiplayer heavy, rpgs.
I have 0 interest in all current games of the new console generation, so for me the decision is quite easy to take. Actually I'll probably end up buying a Wii U once the major titles are released and/or there's a donkey kong country bundle.
PS4 is kinda tempting only for that u can actually use ur own headset and there's many more players than on PC so its better for social side of multiplayer etc. But the games and controller.. the actual competitive side and many other things that u can't do.. makes it worthless compared to PC. And I personally don't want to spend time and money on 2 platforms.
because there aren't much games on current-gens yet, so why buy it now if you can wait for games and the price will lower over the time and as for now u can still use ps3 (if you can... i mean, if you have anything to play on it, i've just sold mine cause there weren't any interesting titles for me that i didn't play).
sooner or later you have to buy ps4 or invest in pc (wich is a shit option imo) if you want to play newest titles
Will I be able to watch Blu-ray and DVD movies on PS4™?
Yes, you will need to download and install PS4’s day-one system software update 1.50, and then activate your Blu-ray Disc video capability with a one-time activation through the internet in order to play Blu-ray Disc films and DVD video content..
I'd wait until later into the year, I don't think the prices will come down any time soon but the actual list of games for either console is still very low.
I bought an Xbox One at christmas and although I'm currently enjoying Titanfall (also own Battlefield 4 and Forza 5) but other than that there's not much I feel like spending money on.
Later on this year there's Watch Dogs, Destiny, Alien Isolation, Lords of the Fallen and The Division to name a few as well as a load of indie stuff.
