We have started running some fun events for players who are new to quake on Reddit. The last event had 12 players sign up and was a great continuation from the last event that we held. We are hoping if you are interested in competing and just want to have a good time you will join us for our fourth event.
Sign-ups will close and the tourney will begin at 05:30 CST, Saturday 10th May.
You are required to join #qlreddit @ quakenet before 05:30 CST to check-in.
You can check-in by pming or highlighting 'crazyal' on #qlreddit with "I am ready" or something similar.
When the tournament has started, contact your opponent on QuakeLive or IRC and find a server location that works for both of you. If you need someone to create a server, ask in IRC.
When your match is finished, report the results to crazyal on #qlreddit.

Map pool: Aerowalk, Blood Run, Cure, Furious Heights, Lost World, Campgrounds, Sinister
All matches up to and including Semi-Final will be Best of Three(Bo3). Final will be Best of Five (Bo5).
Callvote cointoss before the match, winner decides who picks first.
Map picking:
Best of Three(Bo3): drop, drop, drop, drop, pick, pick
Best of Five(Bo5): pick, pick, pick, pick, drop, drop
