Probably Zowie FK1.
The other ones are smaller, most significantly in their average height (the bump might be the same height, but it slopes quickly on the front and back part [and to the sides], giving the mice a smaller "volume").
Thank you very much
Btw - have you noticed that many new mice today tend to be short/have low height? I feel a lot of discomfort can come from a mouse that is too flat because the hand does not have a natural surface to rest on. Even for claw grippers.
Yep, I noticed the same thing.
Razer mice tend to have a higher front part, and the Logitech G100s is pretty bulky. I just wish logitech would make a G100s with flat sides...
I think you can still find tall mice, but they are generally HUGE and heavy. :-(
Right now, I'm using a CM Mizar and it's rather comfortable for my claw grip. (And yes, A9800, which is actually not as bad as people describe it.)
I just went from a wmo to zowie ev1 evo and its a perfect fit.. shape is a little different, even has a little bit off upturned sides on m1/2 kindda like razor DA but not as much. best sensor, good mouse, do recommend.
If the zowie AM was slightly bigger it would be pretty close to the WMO. At least the AM has enough room on the sides for me to actually put my fingers, unlike the FK.
maaaybe the FK1 with the 24 notch wheel, but I'll see when I get it and tell you, I also have a WMO with me to compare.
EDIT: I'm assuming you're looking for an easy to move scroll wheel and not necessarily an easy to press middle mouse button, right?
Also the weight of the FK1 won't be that close, the FK 2014 has the same scroll wheel though and is a bit lighter.
He changes weapon with the wheel, and he's used to the the light feel of the WMO's wheel even thought it has a really weird engage that can activate the next step up or down, but I guess the way he moves the wheel deals with that issue.
Good idea. I'm applying for the Nasa ISS team 2020. Experiment: Playing fps games in micro-gravity for 6 months. Hehe.
Astronauts get sent up supplies, I get sent mice. jk
The wheel and sensor are fine for me. The 125->500hz thing to increase tracking speed isn't sensor related, it's just old drivers, and I think it's sufficient with the 500hz fix. My only actual complaint is they die when the cord gets fatigued, that part sucks.
Probably the same as soldering any other cord. If you can figure out where the break probably is, use wire strippers to remove the rubber, solder the wire it back together, then cover it in electrical tape. This description is a little bit of a hack, there's probably a more proper way also.
I'm not really sure which kinds of solder are best suited to a connection that's going to get pulled around a lot. Anyone who sells them would probably know though.
actually the revel looks pretty good ! i saw one reviewer said that the sensor had a little higher position then what he was used to, which is a good thing, means its more like a wmo ! =)
No, g pro has very different shape at the back.
With WMO you have your palm "on" it, with g pro you are literally feeling like grabbing the whole mouse (like holding a stone).
Nah. Everyone pushing the FK1, it's not a WMO replacement. Having both, then an original FK, an old AM, they're all too thin, too shallow, buttons too low, too heavy (although not bad)...
There are none TBH. Someone needs to bring a real clone with a modern sensor. The FM Tournament Pro / Scream One would be the closest, but we're talking FinalMouse here... The original FM was close too, except for that stupid thumb groove.
