Im actually rooting for rapha or cypher and im even rooting for strenx to atleast place very well but in all honesty i think evil has a big chance of winning considering his consistent victories over cypher online, we just have to see if he can handle the lan atmosphere well enough this time and focus

id like to see evil win i think he deserves it.. hes put in a lot of practice and has heavily altered his game from how he uses to play in q3 and early quake live, proving that he puts a lot of thought and effort into it and has finally started man handling cypher online so it would be nice to see all that work pay off on lan

Evil is pretty unlikable. His gamestyle revolves around rushing you when you are off guard, and he sometimes even afks in the middle of a game.

It's kind of funny to see someone with mediocre aim think so much of themselves. All of his lg is actually just him catching his opponents off guard, not his actual hand eye coordination.
Also he's fat.

I'd be glad to vs him in 1v1 clan arena, such as in eyetoeye.
The duel gametype will obiously completely favor him as he has been playing since Q3, it requires a lot of practice.

I don't think people realize how hard it is to get into duel now, especially in the US where nobody plays it. If you do find a game, you will have to deal with the adjustment of playing with 30 ping one game and then 90 due to the location of players.

Euros don't really have to deal with any of this.

well thats what im saying... hes a good dueler... he isnt just aim and aggresion.. thats just his STYLE doesnt mean its all he does

hes a good player and smart to he knows exactly when he can make an aggressive decision and win the fight almost 100% of the time

btw i duel in american servers and play with 30 ping all the time (IL or VA)

The west coast has a quarter of the duelers compared to the east coast unfortunately. 70 ping to Chicago/Tex isn't ideal for me and 90 to the east servers.

Rooting for Cypha like usual. Quake's living legend. If not him, anyone else except the nutcase Dahang. Most useless player ever, imo. Hoping for Strenx and Toxiq to generate exciting matches. A clash between the two would be funny.
But i don't expect Toxic to go beyond the 4th place. This train has left the station years ago.
Already missing Cooller, alltimes funny.
