Ah ok, its because I lived in Toronto and I haven't met a canadian there that wanted Quebec to be apart of Canada, and some of them told me that even people from Quebec wanted it.
i have strong influence of friends and about lifestyle to go back to toronto and probably live in there for a long time. if i had this chance, id like to live in Bary, but there are still some years to come, how knows?!
EDIT: are there any players in Quebec/Montreal? have you ever visited toronto and toronto area? brazil?
there are just too many old people in the 'developed' countries for any real change no matter what change.
I just gave you an example: nederlands ? (it is a bit different in there)
I mean in one point you are correct, this is very logical: quality of life grows, better life people have, growing older they will. But what would you do to "improve better conditions and opportunities" for the youth?
Thing is, if you have a demographic which is nearly a 50/50 split, whichever way you look at it Scotland is a country who are going to have a lot of unhappy people in it come Thursday whatever the outcome.
It is interesting because I believe that people make their own world, and the reason this guy isn't having a good "life" is in front of us, he does drink alcohol (a lot probably) and he bet on horses, I mean… I have seen poverty a lot because I live in Brazil but I can distinguish between poor that are poor because they grew up like poor and think like poor (think small) and people that are poor just because they drink a lot, because they don't want to study and etc etc. I guess this is all over the world, obviously considering to the proportions.
But once my father said: "We are not really aware about other people's problems or people's mind". This makes you think twice before criticize somebody else. As the reporter says at: 6:00.
