's all about UPC if you live in Prague, don't think I've ever had ping problems

I just moved into a new house so I'm using the connection that was already there. Gonna change it soon. But man, I had a terrible experience with UPC. Had 65 Mbit and it was like a dream the first year, stable 25-30 ping. But then it started lagging like hell...I could download a movie from torrent within a few minutes but my ping jumped from 45 to 250 every 5 seconds in QL and every other game I tried (on cable, no wireless). I called hem once a week, they replaced my router twice and it fixed nothing. They couldn't find what's wrong, they just ran speedtest and it showed acceptable results. Eventually they told me they will start charging the visits if they don't find anything wrong, which they never did and I stopped playing online games because it was unplayable.

UPC seems to be very hit and miss then, I know a friend of mine has had a similiar experience with UPC so I guess I just lucked out

CMSS, have you ever considered why you are bad at Quake duel? After 1billion duels, and being 1400 I would think you would notice something is wrong with your setup.

Ive looked at many places, those who i applied for ( which fit my needs [ had to start looking for a job to do on Saturday - can do like 8 hours - because studying from mon - fri ] ) have rejected my offer.
