what 400 mark

Look at nickname pall in score board around end of game (when score board is displayed put it on pause to look).
You will see red "400" mark near to my nickname.

If i understand what you mean, then its a custom HUD and you can get that in-game too, if you want.

Hmm, so, you say its possible to see exact acc that was hit on player? It can speed up learning of counting damage. For now I did it only by sound of hits and time of aiming.

Can you post a screenshot of that?

Hmm.., accuracy? You can see your acc in your current game, if you bind +acc to a key.

Or if you just write +acc in console, it will stay up till you write -acc again..

I thought that this is something that I missed in game.
Back it time I thought how can I count damage delivered at real time.
Finally I just counted sounds and got total.
But it always had some error if I miss couple of sounds.
So I thought maybe be some helper built in feature is available in game for easy calculating.

It's a wolfcam video, the bloodsplosion obscuring the view isn't there in QL. And leaving one dead player to follow the other well isn't exactly hard on low sens, or fov, or both.

I see switching back and forth between the left and the right player before the first one dies. The angle is very narrow though, so it might be purely random or coincidence.

1:43 and 4:34 are similar but even less conclusive.

Verdict: nothing damning, but the guy sure does hit many secondary targets when his aim wanders off his primary target - maybe worth watching...
