A few familiar faces showed up which was nice, a couple that knew of me and/or leveluptv, but many new and/or old players from back in the day that were surprised to see Quake still exists!!

We had:

-10x Scan systems running 1080p 144Hz Iiyama screens.
- 2x ASUS GR8 systems runnng 1x ASUS RoG Swift 1440p 144hz Screen & 1x ASUS 4k 60Hz screen.
- 1x Scan system running 2560x1080p 60Hz AOC screen.

I considered going just to try these out

They are essentially BenQ XL2420TE screens but without Nvidia 3D vision whilst retailing for much less.

I'm still struggling to convince myself to go to 144hz as I cant be sure the difference is worth the money. Is 120hz significantly worse than 144 or are both pretty similar and much better than 60?

both pretty similar, if you really looked hard for it you'd notice the difference
