either way, I dont really get this thread. Its kinda obsolete (aim for brand new games only, and as fast as possible) and I dont like blur, ever. I believe the blur is caused if you resample the clips you import, so try disabling that. At least thats how it works in Sony Vegas. And try to record at the framerate you upload to youtube with (or x2 or x4 etc) For example:

don't buy a powercolor 290 and definitely do not buy a 290 with a reference cooler unless you enjoy having 5000 decibel sound coming from your computer and your card throttling at stock clocks because it's hitting 90C. get a sapphire tri-x, xfx double dissipation, or msi gaming.

Thanks for prevention, but I can unlock the r9 290 to r9 290x with flash vga bios. This trick is possible only powercolor reference model r9 290, and increase the default fan speed up 10% in vga bios. I'm used to the noise of the gtx480 video card, so 40% instead of 30% of fan r9 290 not a problem for me. I have a great case with lots of fans. I previously had, some time graphics radeon hd6990, the temperature 95 in the tests of many people, but I had a temperature map of the load is not more than 82-83 for 6990 in my great case.
