awesome music choice, editing, frags. was gonna give it 9/10 since i felt like there was too much slowmotion at the beginning, but the ending was too good, so 10/10 :D

Shitton of slow mo and overedited in quite a few places. Just no. Literally skipped the half of the movie.

Based on this movie, Quake has no flow, is tortured as fock and full of drilling noises. I want to return to those times when all a Quake movie was about was good frags and a song by Disturbed.

yea man! This one was one of my favs back then. You can't go wrong with frags + this kind of music in a quake movie.

+ Though I thought it failed, at least some effort put into an attempt at clever editing and sync I suppose

I almost don't post in this site, but I logged in specifically for this topic, because I feel Quake is simply stained by this atrocity.

Don't get me wrong, I can see you put a lot of work into this, but that's besides the point. Work smart, not hard, right?

The movie is called "BEAT OF QUAKE" and the music is literally nothing even remotely close of what the game represents. This has always been a huge turn-off in all of the Quake movies for me and the name of the movie just killed it for me. The over-slow-mo-editing goes along the same lines, it felt forced and glitched in a lot of moments, I felt like I want to scrape my eyes out and splatter them on the floor with my feet.

The effort was good, the frags, the aesthetics of the video also were incredible, but totally ruined by over-editing.

With tremendous amount of good will, 5/10
