I do believe it's an allusion to a quote by the disturbed Australian gentleman whose mental ailments have him live under the impression that he is the real Diabz: his post-steam update summary of QuakeLive boiled down to the phrase "SyncError should lay off the cocaine and doughnuts" (the original post has been deleted and in fact I've never seen it, but there were certain parodies of the phrase by other people, written with the purpose of mocking Diabz.au)

it took god 6 days to create the heavens, earth and sea. it's not that much of a stretch for john carmack to create the single greatest computer game in the history of computer games in a mere 3 days.
especially if he was up all night on coke.
