i heard that it's prone to breaking(missing clicks) after a few moths(read the reviews on amazon) so i'd rather stay away from this one.

If you're willing to part with the mouse for a while in case it happens, you can rely on the warranty.

I had one with a broken LMB, squeaky as fuck. aside from that good mouse, needed to warranty it though which was a pain.

first mouse i got was perfect... for six months, then it started missing clicks. second mouse which i'm using now started missing clicks after one month and had a terrible scroll wheel so i replaced the shell with the one from my first mouse. getting my third some time next week and i'll be selling it asap. such a shame. it's a great mouse until it starts fucking up.

Kinzu v2 is an utter piece of shit sensor-wise.


G100s is good but has a quite atrocious build quality. Logitech is not the Logitech it was 10 years ago. Neglectful soldering of ICs can result in sensor bugs.
Mine literally died after 3 months. At first, problem with buttons (multiple clicks, squeaking), then disconnect-reconnect, then the whole mouse went R.I.P. I know 3 others in my vicinity only which suffered the same fate.


How about a Razer Salmosa? Good sensor, lightweight and hardware polling rate / cpi switches are bliss.

Hmmm i use kinzu v2, the only issue i have is the rare random spin around, where i just do a 360 n shit all robotlike.
But other then that the sensor is fine. Then again i use pretty heavy mouse acceleration, so maybe the fact that i dont have to move my mouse as much makes up for it.

op wants <30€ , so for like 7€ more he can get the best 1800dpi mouse currently available :D

Abyssus looks interesting, but:
1. can it be set to 1800dpi on linux/without driver?
2. do i need to register somewhere to use the driver for setting dpi? I don't need cloud functions etc.

plug and play 1800dp/500hz but you can't change it to anything else than that without the driver.

you can change the usb polling rate and it's remembered in the mouse memory even after uninstalling the driver (synapse).

i wouldn't recommend using anything than 500hz tho

by default it's 1800dpi 500hz plug & play (driverless).

you only need the driver (synapse) if you want to play with a dpi value that isn't 1800.

kinzu v3 is $30 and one of the default dpi steps is 2000

shipping from korea takes a long time though
