I just realized its possible to login with steam linked account trough QLlauncher for linux without steam. Time logged in trough external launcher is not reported on steam. i guess its possible to write a similar launcher for windows or even port this one. I'm just reporting the possibility for anyone thats interested in doing something like that.

To login you need to use email account and password that was associated with your ql account before steam integration
