looks like the z series with blur reduction option, only they added some inbuilt nvidia digital vibrance style setting and fancy stand. Probably nothing else :D maybe improvements to overdrive but would have to check.
xl2411z unless you need display port I guess, I use display port now so it would be the xl2420z/xl2430t. Just buy the latest baring in mind September will bring the BenQ gsync monitors... also the same I bet but with that feature too. Have to wait and see though.
If you dont want the BenQ blur reduction which not everyone uses, the Iiyama gb2488hsu and ASUS vg248qe might be cheaper.
it's completely useless if your framerate is equal to or greater than your refresh rate. for games like quake, you would not use g-sync, you would use ulmb.
well, i already have the vx2268wm which i noted you liked. besides the 20% increase in Hz, I was wondering if the newer 144hz monitors are better since i have no first-hand experience with.. i'm especially interested in the ones with a blur reduction feature.
Just got this week, for 33% cheaper over ebay, headphone hook, metal stand and base feels nicely built, quality, all other features are hard to resist, i play with 125 fps + 144hz on this monitor, needed 1 or 2 days of color calibration, profile installing and lots of tests in quake and csgo, and after few days i am getting used to it, great stuff, don't see any marginal improvement in performance over my previous 2420tx 3D 120hz 2ms, but this 144hz motion is super smooth after reconfiguring settings, and i play with blur reduction off, setting color vibrance 1 notch down, black equalizer 0 or 2,
