I suspect the Pacquiao PED rumors were true, his been lackluster ever since the accusations 5 years ago when the fight should of happened.

I either want to see Mayweather destroy him like he did to Canelo, or have a good fight like he did Cotto.

Mayweather via boring decision. This fight will never live up to the hype. And will probably be rigged, too. Paquiao is broke and needs cash. They sold the fight. And who wouldn't, for this kind of stacks.

That statement is only relevant to the one who slowed down which is Pacquiao.
