You could add glow or whatever at a manually defined origin0, origin1, origin2 as well :d By trial and error..

Didn't know that, but it won't help me in this case cuz the weapons needs to glow when they are dropped also.

But this might come in handy with other stuff so please explain how this work :D

Just in some block somewhere put something like

//glow on map surfaces
origin0 100 [x]
origin1 150 [y]
origin2 5 [z] (i.e. up)
color 0.7 0.2 0
size 50 + rand * 25

mess around with these 3 components of the origin vector until you see where the glow is...might be easier to do it with a sprite first so you can see it easier. Then move it to the place in the map you want it. Also this is a good way to put a quad (fixed aligned imaged) into the map where you want it without editing the map...

edit: the problem with this is that as far as I can tell, in wolfcam you can't define and call blocks. e.g.

player/extra/effect {
//blah blah
}

Now I can't work out how to call this block (for example weapon/rocket/fire {} is called when the rocket is fired). Wolfcam says something like "extra effect: player/extra/effect". Any help appreciated :p
