I am willing to spend around 40-50 euros with 60 being max price

I've searched the internet for headsets, but google keeps offering me razer or steelseries shit and i dont have money for something really good like sennheiser or logitech

since my all audio ports in my computer are broken, all i've left as an option is usb headset

one question - is it true that usb headsets come with their own build in soundcard?

edit: would turtle beach z22 be a good choice?
