I know this is a shitpost, but I don't think you quite grasp the actual situation going on between the police force in the U.S. and black culture.

Sure I do, black people think they are getting picked on for no reason because they get into more trouble per person than white people do.

The police on the other hand have access to statistical data which empirically shows that black people are more likely to get into trouble (for whatever reason), hence they target black people more than white people, which in their defense is natural because that is their job to go after trouble.

Fuelled by rap music, and a dark history which makes them feel justified in remuneration for past attitudes, a lot of black people (in these parts of the world) are never really far away from acting in the thuggish behaviour which they perceive as credible, which ironically provides authorities with yet more incriminating, yet empirical data for going after them.

Your example of runners is an extremely cherry picked case of a physical attribute, looking at the highest level of performance where every little thing matters immensely. There, the advantages and disadvantages from genetics is big enough to make the field dominated by people from a certain gene pool. Because all the athletes, black or white, have optimized every other aspect of their life that they have a possibility to. But you quite frankly can’t change genes, so they make the difference.

You can’t just apply this to all people and all aspects of life. The environment, how someone is raised and general way of life is a much bigger factor than genetics. If you take a white guy who goes to the gym for 3 hours every day and compare him to a black guy who does not do any sports and eats 3 meals at Mcdonalds every day, the white guy is gonna outperform the black person in physical activities by a few magnitudes. The genes won’t matter fuck all, and you don’t even need to come up with examples that extreme.
And let’s not even mention that the vast majority of black people will not be able to perform at the top level like the other dudes, no matter how hard they try.

Extending this to non-physical attributes gives us even sillier examples of cases where your way of thinking turns out to be completely retarded:
Suppose two white english speaking parents adopt a baby with asian genes. If you are right and genetics are "the source of everything", then it follows that this child, despite being brought up by english speakers in an english speaking world, will naturally gravitate towards speaking chinese or japanese, depending on what exact genetic origins it has, despite never having heard a single word in that language.
A slightly less silly example would be to postulate that this kid, were (s)he to suddenly feel the urge to learn chinese/japanese, might do better than her white/caucasian co-students. But that is still quite stupid.

Or let’s take intelligence. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that the median or average IQ for european people is significantly higher than the one for african ones. And a lot of people probably think that the IQ is something that is relatively fixated for an individual person (or a certain gene pool), and that might be true for adults. But did you know that, for kids, every year in (a good) school will grant you between 3 to 5 IQ points, factually making you more intelligent? Of course there is a certain upper boundary for intelligence you get when your born, but it doesn’t really make lot of a difference when people in developing countries only reach of 50% of it (lack of educational institutions etc.), while industrialized ones manage to get up to 80 (an actual (trustworthy) source).
