I understand that this shit is hard to pull of in Q2, but for anyone who haven't played Q2 this looks like an 1500 QL ELO player. And I don't mean to offend anyone by that. My personal opinion is just that Q2 has always been very boring to watch compared to qw, q3 and even q4.

I agree with this even though Q2 is my favorite Quake.

Thing is, in Q2 map control and initial positioning before fight are more important than things you do when actual fighting starts because weapong switching is so slow. Forget about impressive weapon combos, in most cases weapon switching will get you killed. To me Q2 isn't boring, but yeah, sometimes fights look kinda static compared to Q3/QL (no need to even mention QW).

As always with q2 videos, a bit rail heavy. Also way too long, I don't need to watch rapes versus low tier players. Half the length and less rail frags and it would have been sick.
