Last night watched some psygib, fear and zorak.

This is great, I'm learning a lot and it's fun to see the pros learning high level ctf.

I don't think they will be able to implement voice comms on stream for the reason that they are streaming a rated T game. The comms tend to be pretty foul-mouthed and the language is a bit politically incorrect. There's a term in CTF called "raping" a defender when you do so much damage to him that he's better off killing himself than restacking. I doubt this is a acceptable to be streamed to thousands of people.

Twitch certainly doesn't seem to care. It would also be hard to moderate what people are saying in videos.

Twitch mostly cares about sexual content.

Also, streaming a T rated game doesn't mean the stream has to be T rated. You can add a "mature content" filter to your stream in any case. But obviously a big official stream wouldn't want that though.

They could just ask them to tone it down a bit, like say "wounded" instead of raped and hope for the best. Another problem would just be the logistics. The announcers would have to turn off the automatic follows for pu's and flag grabs (which I wish the would do anyway) and also switch the team chats to the team they are speccing and also be able to fade out the team chat in order to talk over it when they want to say something about the game. But if done right, it could work... probably.

About the pu's and flag grabs, they could probably just bind keys to follow them instead of having it do it automatically.

This guy Mesita is well worth checking out. South American, and I think he looks to be an all around world class ctf player. But the most impressive thing about him is his zoom flick rails. Almost every rail he does is a zoomed flick rail and he basically hits almost all of them. Most of his misses are just crazy difficult attempts or spams. And since every rail is a flick rail there is basically no way to dodge them.
