Point being, people above age of 15 that can't see a product beoynd the package isn't quite right in the head. Espeically if they are using both wh and aimbot and planning on buying a 144hz screen, like that's going to change their performance.

I had razer mamba when it first came out(3.5G sensor). Was quite good tbh - never skipped, never translated my hand movement wrong, never experience any sort of delay/lag input, never had any issue and was heavy enough to play with 15cm/360 hitting hard. Tho it's overpriced as hell and yes - it looks really good on the stand. Eye catching.

My intention was never to bring the mamba down in the dirt. I could have picked on the razer chroma instead, because it's another example of a gaming gear that someone pays overloads of money on because you can have the keys pink.

However, it is clear to me why this thread was created in the first place. I don't think vega cares a shit about what parts you guys got in your pc's. It is just another attention whored try, well executed, to tell everyone he's buying new pc parts.

How's the roccat lua? I was recently searching mice, and i found it casually. I like the look very much, plus it's cheap.

Not an MX300 for sure, but usable. It's a better kind of implementation of the Avago 3050. It has some prediction and the LOD is very high; still sees the surface from 4 CDs height. But you can apply tapefix, then it's chill. It's using standard red LED instead of IR. Perfect control measures between 2,5-3 m/s.

Jitter might happen above 1000 cpi, but that's true for all 3050 mice. It's best on 500 cpi.

Driver is simple and effective, polling rate is stable on 500 Hz.

Build quality seems really nice, WAAAAAAY above the G100s.

Cord is not braided, thank God.

2 huge feet. Glides ok, but I would prefer 4 smaller feet.

Left- and right click has a disctinct sound, I like it, tactile feedback is ok. Mousewheel has very distinct steps at first, softens up in a week or so, but still comfortable. It reminds me of the Razer Salmosa's wheel.

Shape-wise...well, not God-like MX300, needs accustomization.

If you're into small and ultra-leightweight mice (this is 70 g w/o cable), then it's an option, especially for the $30 price tag - if you want new stuff. There are 10 stickers in the box as well. )

Intersting! A pity for the high lod, i'm not really found on tape trick because it decrease the sensor dpis. Last question, if you had to choose, what would you pick between the Lua and the g100s?

G100s (w/o weight) >>IF<< it wasn't for the build quality. And support is not too cooperative either.

For that reason i already ordered a g100s, arrived recently. The problem is i don't want to remove the weight, because i'd have to pierce the rear feet, and i don't feel safe doing so.

can do 120/140hz on 800x600 640x480. But i wouldn't use anything lower than 1024x768 in 2015 :D.

also i m on windows 8 so can't install the drivers etc, so stuck to 100hz basically. But i don't mind it, it's still more than decent to play quake. I'm not at a disadvantage, at least i think so :).

100hz + 0ms input lag = good enough.
