THanks, i missed the elo indicator as well. They do a great job, i wonder why id software doesnt implement it as official content.

Also, how can I make the browser mode start minimized? what is the cvar for that and the cvar to set the browser window resolution??

Browser start minimized? As in the ql window hiding in the taskbar/systray or just the browser within ql? What do you want to see behind it?

It seems I have solved it by just putting r_fullscreen 0 in my config, so it starts windowed, then when i go in a server it goes fullscreen and then when i disconnect it goes windowed again thanks to extraQL (this should be the standard behaviour, i find things like this annoying as hell when the game doesnt support such basic stuff and you have to resort to some 3rd party stuff because the developers don't realize what is annoying and what isnt.)

Anyway, the only thing im lacking now is that the window goes maximized instead of being sightly out of place, which means I have to press the maximize button in windows every time i open the game, and everytime i disconnect from a server.

Can you help me with this?

If you maximized it before it went fullscreen, then when you alt-enter it should return to that, but I don't think anything can force it to stay in that state across restarts.

Thats correct, when you alt-enter in and out the maximized window stays maximized. The problem is when you use the userscripts -> autoexec options:

Go fullscreen when joining a game (r_autoFullscreen=+1)
Go window mode when leaving a game (r_autoFullscreen=+2)

Then the maximized windows gets screwed and you aren't properly maximized when you disconnect from a match and go back to fullscreen 0 so you have to click the square button to maximize it each time and its anoying af.

things may get whacky when you use a width/height ratio that is outside the range of 4:3 - 16:9. anything inbetween is fine.

you can also use the extraQL "docker" script, which adds a menu item in front of the settings cog. it allows you to dock the QL window to a screen edge

Or you could just press alt+ent lazy fucker

you can do it straight from clicking esc
