Interesting, but you can also pick up a high velocity fan (like this) for $40 and spray your arms (or whatever else) with water. Then feel the power of some evaporative cooling while paying mere cents per hour for the fan usage.

lol until the winter, those heaters are better then gas central heating, without it being on full, after the 10 minutes they just recycle cooling air so you dont need it on full
