With the huge competition and lots of training outside the USA, if Rapha wins duel this year, I will consider him the all time best Quaker ever.

Although I didn't agree with how things went down leading up to this tournament and all the drama behind the scenes. I do however agree that rapha is the best quakelive player of all time. To dispute that would be futile, considering how many tournaments he has won and the competition he has faced.
