Well we have two FPS Gaming lans planned for next year. Hope the turn out for both is good, cos if it is we will keep doing them.

Plus if we can fill the hall up up then i will start looking for a bigger venue for future lans with bigger prize pools to.

Ok guys im looking at a much bigger venues already and i have found one that could easy sit 200+ Gamers and have exhibition areas etc and plenty of space spectators to come and view the lan.

What people think of that :P.

If you could make it into a big bad LANparty with teammodes I don't think anyone will object. Otherwise a small cozy place like your last one would be better. Do you have pics of the venue?

I am very happy to announce we have Epic Games as a supporter for the UK FPS Gaming Lan.

A lan with tournaments in a bunch of different AFPS games gives me an eternal erection. We need something for Arena FPS like Evo does for fighting games.

Instead of splitting up and bitching about each others games, have a big lan where all the games show up with cups and sponsors with some players competing in multiple games.

Good initiative soth, as epic are sponsoring will there be a UT4 cup alongisde the QL one?

Yup, already updated the site with UT4 Duel tourny, More details to come over time.

We are also sorting out some sunday cups for UT4 as well. These will prob happen at the end of november so keep an eye on the site for details as ill put up on the site when and where and what the prize pool will be.

How many people wold be up for the early arrivals on thursday, I know its more but its a lot more time at the lan :P.

I am still looking at big halls that can sit like 200 gamers :), But can only do stuff like that if i get more people wanting to go.

Can people who want to go let me kow if they are still up for it and when they might be sorting there tickets out, only got three confirmed right now.

I know its xmas and all that, but lan will not be long in coming around.

I'm keen to go mate, but planning my life that far in advance is difficult for me.

I guess hype this shit up like a month before and I'm sure you will get plenty more response.

Anway, i think that more money should be put towards a ctf/ tdm tournament. Personly i would like to see ctf.

The date is set and will not change. We will see about a team mode taking place.

Also this is less than half the price on insomnia.
