To register for the league, click on register team here. Games take place on thursday evenings at 9:00pm EST, beginning Thursday, October 1st. Games will be about 30-40 minutes in length.

Teams, or clans, are limited to 2 to 3 players in size, and must have 2 players show up in #reflex on irc.quakenet.org at 9:00pm EST on Thursday at match time. Games must begin by 9:15pm EST, regardless of whether the team does not have 2 players present. Failure to have any players present results in a forfeit loss. Games will be played 2 vs 2. "callvote map qwdm3" and "callvote mode atdm" commands to set up the games. Then, using the latest version of reflex, matches will be played best of three. One warmup round is mandatory.

There are no prizes in the STA21. There is only pride. However, the team that wins the league championships on October 15th will receive a "$100 monetary bonus."
