Any more than 1 opponent and it would become quite easy for strategy to go out the window I think. People flashing up all over the place, bullets flying through walls constantly.

He did mention other game modes though, and team based modes so maybe they will work. Its hard to know until you play it. I'd like to try 2v2 on an appropriately sized map

It's just that it is far simpler to develop and test a game that only requires two people. Technically speaking I originally developed it for one player (getting the movement system working, visuals, weapons in) before making it work for network play. So I'm just starting from the simplest and working up to what the final game will be.

Same reason for only having three weapons in the game currently. More will be added, but I felt it was more important to get the 3 core weapons balanced before adding anything extra.

Sick. The game mechanics have really improved and matured from your early sneek peek videos. I like the bouncing rail idea. Also I'd like to see how rocketjumps work
