Unfortunately, ESR betting policy, so to say, is to treat it as a default loss for the team that forfeited :l
It was not ESR's 'fault' that the team decided to drop the tournament entirely and since the bet was already open and closed for that matter, and all on schedule, it was that teams decision to drop out at the last minute.

Whether that is the right approach or not, could be open to discussion but current 'rules' state otherwise.
