ambidextrous shape with side buttons on both sides. it appears you can also swap out the buttons for a flat cover on either/both sides.
wired/wireless with rechargable battery. 24hr battery life with lighting, 36hr without.
pmw3366 (inferred from 200-12000 dpi range and sensor lens/hole)
the OP in the chinese thread mentioned 107g. since removing the battery requires removing screws from underneath the mousefeet, i would assume that this means 107g with the battery, without the cable.
