well, it's probably the lighter color.
i have the same experience with a puretrak talent compared to QcK.

darker colour absorbs more light = better sensor performance

return that blue shit and get your money back, just buy a QCK+ i can say using one after using a heavy for 6+ months its day and night hands down better in every single category

I have a few QcK Heavy's; problem with them is inconsistency.

yeh try the normal QCK+ 2mm, it ate my Hyperglides within 4 months, but dam the speed at which you can do movements is far greater then Heavy.

I have a few of them, can't stand the lack of thickness honestly.

There is a new G-SR that is coming out that is all black. I am ordering one as soon as it's released in the USA.

It replaced the Blue Zowie G-SR on Amazon, but not in stock yet. Going to exchange mine for it most likely.

really shitty situation as the G-SR blue and black have been out of stock 90% of the time i have seen them anywhere since like September, now all these new models are coming out with literally nothing except cosmetic change and a extra 5-10 euros with the word BenQ in the title.

Im about to order the older GTF-X if no one has anything bad to say?

Also its bothering the fuck out of me that literally every other website lists the size of the mouse pad different, even BenQ Zowie site and the Official Store site have different sizes on identical products.

So are these 45 wide or 48?

GTF is a good pad but it's pretty much woven plastic. It kind of scracthes your wrist and the teflon on any mouse feet get destroyed in a day. I've been using it for years, but just bought a g-sr last night when it was in stock shortly.

I believe all their G- pads are 480 mm x 450 mm x 3.5 mm.

I got my black g-sr today and the quality is pretty good, but It's not what I expected. I got it because a few people said that it was smooth and a really low friction pad, but it's not. It has like twice the friction of my puretrak. waste of $40.

Just got the black one myself, haven't used it yet. The BLUE G-SR had TONS of static friction, it was complete and utter garbage, and the quality was a joke, with the sides fraying right out of the box.

I got the black G-SR and have been using it for about one week now. I think it's a step up improvement from the QCK but very similar is performance. It is much smoother though. My QCK was very worn though. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I thought the Zowie G-SR (Black) was a different surface texture/material than the Blue & Grey. I thought the Blue & Grey were screen-printed/coated surfaces, like Team Edition QcK+'s, and that the Black G-SR would be grittier like a brand new QcK Heavy, judging by these two pictures taken at the recent DreamHack Zowie Open, since there were no other good pictures of it yet.
