So what feels better for quake?
CRT ADVANTAGES -
no motion blur
very low input lag
200+hz
some tearing cos no gsync but tearing can be reduced with higher hz
G-SYNC ADVANTAGES
very low motion blur but not as much as crt
low input lag but not as much as crt
144hz
no tearing cos of gsync
Also inb4 g-sync doesn't help stable fps games like quake. This is a myth. Every game has some tearing and many g-sync users have felt the benefits in quake even with stable frame rates.
