Great headphones if you are more budget conscious.

Sound is decent and has 7.1 surround. It's really comfortable. Mic isn't the greatest but it does the job.

Push your budget a little bit and see if you can get these. Don't worry about 7.1, you won't use that but from what I've read they are a pretty good headset.

Lol I actually have them.. got them cheap 5y in the past. They are not bad at all, sound is good, comfort is good, mic is ok and 5y heavy usage = still working great. Branding doean't always mean shit product. More likely overpriced, but if the deal is good, yeah + I hear enemy thinking for real. :P

A lot more expensive than 50 euro, around 150eur for both, but it is very good value trust me. Just research a little bit about headphones, you'll notice that cheap headphones (<100usd) are crap most of the time with very few exceptions, and really good headphones start at 150-200usd, some of them go as far as 3000usd.

Just look for measurements and reviews, you'll find that 150eur on audio is actually entry level

Agreed, I have a coworker with the 558's and they're reeeaaaallly good. One big consideration, though, is that they are open-backed, so they don't isolate from outside sounds at all.

Thats the point of open headphones actually, the least isolation possible so you dont get sweaty, it is more comfortable and fresh, and you can talk with somebody with them still on.

yeah, i'm just making the distinction that they actual are open-backed, and that someone needing noise isolation (like someone trying to concentrate on game sounds) should be aware of that characteristic.
