he said something about lagging

It seems he messed up his pc. He said that he feels like something starts loading on the pc and he sttarts laging and he doesnt know how to fix it.

I have the same problem when I stream, I can definitely notice how Quake feels different when streaming compared to not, although I already have mice problems when I'm not streaming anyway.

I haven't had the chance to look into it yet but will be soon.

Then get a dedicated streaming pc to resolve your issue.

I've concluded that is the only way to stream without lags too. You need a streaming PC with a capture card.

Trust me from experience it's not the only way, but it certainly would help if you have the resources.

Evil says stream is not his problem. His QL lags even without the stream, he said it before while playing in last 125FPS league final. If I recall correctly it was something about his new monitor/gpu and freesync/gsync.

Tell him to disable gsync/freesync and turn on gaming mode if such a thing exists on his monitor.

I had the sens bug a long time ago when i was playing around with raphas sens. Have you tried changing usb ports? It was a night and day difference. Did the trick for me.

check vsync is disabled on gpu, this to me would explain everything i noticed about his recent performances

I have found that using Nvidia NVENC in OBS almost eliminates the impact on gameplay on my system, but kinda looks shit at the equivalent CPU x264 encoding bitrate

Twitch vods get wiped after a week.
