Like...I don't mean by just watching the demo and using a screen capture tool to record the screen in real time. But, neither do I particularly want to mess around with separate configs for making pretty movies.
I just wanna take a demo file, and render out a video at the frame-rate and video specs of my choosing, and if my PC wants to take 30 seconds over each and every frame, so be it.
I've been watching Youtube videos, but...haven't found a good one. And now that Youtube's search algorithm favours bright colors and high production cost over the opinions of those who have seen the video....well...it's become a pretty poor resource for learning anything beyond idiotic flat-earth conspiracies.
