cant access google, twitch, youtube, imgur. basically esr works

fix:
1. control panel -> Network and sharing center (cant translate to english sorry :D)
2. go to Change adapter settings in the tab to the left
3. Ethernet -> properties
4. IPv4 -> properties
5. set dns address to 8.8.8.8 and alternate to 8.8.4.4

changes dns to googles server or something. i cant actually computer, but it worked for me :D
