I crack shit games and pay for quality ones, come to think of it the last games i bought were DOOM, Fallout 4, Wolfenstein New Order and Old Blood... IDthesda can do no wrong
buy the game so they'll make a proper Quake reboot, even if it'll be shit in multiplayer.. i'd love to play a quality singleplayer remake of the original Quake
honestly im hyped up for the single player, everyone is saying its great
but then again, a fps needs a solid mp to live beyond the time you spend playing the single player once.. not sure if I want to spend 59 on this thing only to play a good single player that I will finish in like a week.
The default modes for MP are shit, it's very casual but still more arena FPS based than modern shooters like COD and CS, you can still be a one man wrecking ball in Doom4 and have superior aiming/dodging skills.
The game itself allows for strafe jumping and speed build up, it's just a matter of getting it set up but currently it's just casual friendly, universal ammo box, loadouts, OP powerups and demon runes. But it is fun to play for a while, that's for sure.
I'm hoping that once the game matures the competitive side will be developed more and they try to slowly allow for 'elite' competitive modes to be selected in the default multiplayer game queueing and some sort of matchmaking/ranking system where you can queue up as a team of 4 or 5 for tdm, CA, etc.
I doubt this game will mature at all to be honest.
The main factor that led to the maturity of id's other games was them being open source, combined with a strong foundation and userbase.
Quake3 became the archetypal arena shooter, and aside from graphics the formula couldn't really be improved.
Look at Doom3/Quake4. Both dead as the dodo, and they're more MP friendly than this game is. This game will have a 3month shelflife at most.
You should buy the game, as will I if cracked version ends up working for me at decent performance level. From what I've read on denuvo I found out that its not anything revolutionary. Its a rebranded and slightly improved MVProtect which was cracked years ago. The problem in cracking denuvo is the lack of a good x64 debugger, but the debugger is getting a shit ton of commitments lately and its soon gonna be usable. So in a few weeks, months or whatever, denuvo is history
probably bought with stolen creditcards / hacked paypal accounts or other scams... i wouldnt trust those sellers on g2a... especially on a new AAA game like doom...
how can they legitimately sell the game that cheap if there wasnt any steam / humbleBundle / different sale yet?
Saw an aimbot today, running around with the statc rifle headshotting everyone, got 50 frags out of 75 in a TDM game.
I remember a lot of aimbotters in CA or FFA in q3/ql and you have ways of fighting them, using your movement speed and faking peaks around corners to draw the railgun shot or something then killing them on the reload, but in Doom4 there was literally nothing you could do to stop him.
Hopefully something gets done about the aimbotters.
Wallhacks don't really matter because everyone gets wallhacks anyway pretty much lol ...
