Not during gaming, I mean in everyday life... if I put my hand out straight, it shakes.. more so than other people I've compared with who are not gamers...
Maybe it's something else and not connected but thought this would be a good place to ask to see if there's any correlation
If you take sleeping pills (I had to, for five years), then I've found that caused shaky hands, particularly when exercising.
I took 150mg of Diphenhydramine to sleep (is an antihistamine) to get to sleep, and it took me ages to figure out what the cause of my body shaking was.
Just in case; hope you get it sorted, or figure out how to minimise/live with it :)
I do genuinely think it has no correlation to gaming however.
Everyone who specced me playing accused me of either cheating or parkinsonism for my shaky hand movement. In my case I became informed about the problem circa 1998 (during table tennis games) while I started playing Quake only in 1999. The neurologists say it's likely to be some encephalopathy with cerebellum symptoms due to birth trauma. And birth obviously preceded gaming)
Then there are other symptoms like more shakiness after certain blood flow changes: hot bathroom, sports, sex. And this appears less neural, more vascular cause.
The correlations I found for myself are:
1) After overheating (from tennis, etc.) I have troubles hitting (in Quake), because the hand is less controllable when strained even a little.
2) When it's cold, or when the desk I play at is cold, I don't hit at all, because the hand can only make huge movements, not tiny ones.
3) None of this has gone better or worse since 1999. There were some long periods of stable environment temperature good enough for me and then I hit like 40+% LG, but that doesn't last.
I'm experiencing the same symptoms.
But a different cause. Nowdays its because i have to lurk the dark shadows for trolls who come out of nowhere to ninja/raid my house on a late sunday evening.
Not even slightest, my hands are stady and calm, its probably connected to strenght of the whole arm cuz most of u guys have twigs insted of mans arms, peace brothers
Actively playing for 10+ years, just checked putting my hand straight and its completely steady. Even tho i rage like crazy, that my neighbours say they gonna call the police. So i dont think its somehow connected.
Only getting shakin ingame during those moments of rage or/and being nervous for result much. But guess its natural cause adrenaline is beyond limits when one gets that mad
ever tried CBD (cannadibinol)? u can get it as 4% oil or even as hemp-flowers or hemp-leaves, fermented 4 smoking or vaping (with no THC ofc). tell if worx
ive tried different sativa and indica's and none of them really help for the shaking
but i got some tests and magnesium deficiency was the reason
i started taking some extra magnesium and focused on such a diet
and the shaking is nonexistant now :D
