this will trigger either sounds on or off.

Maybe it is server related, means that this is no standard solution.
Just try it out.

Mostly, the bots got some help commands. There you can see all triggers.

typing !sounds in chat (perhaps)

!sounds doesn't remove ALL custom sounds, but most. you cannot disable the endgame music, for example.
just tell the admin how you feel, maybe they will see the light and remove the horrible sounds.
