Quake Champions: TDM problems

As we known DOTA and CS team games. And if QC will not be team game he will fail. No teams..no ppl.. no money.

In every team game i have played on public with random teammates i saw the same problems.

- ppl dont know rules of the game
- ofcourse no coordination between players, they dont know each other(different ELO, newbies, etc)
- very different maps( ex. in starcraft UMS very different rules. Thats why ppl love DOTA ;> )

if you on game forum and there is no ELO up your nickname. Ppl dont know who you are and they dont believe to you. Or for ex. they can ban you, or disput with you. Or talking about who is better in 1x1(cos no ELO).

We need Just make ELO everywhere we can.

Why CA more popular than classic TDM?


In CA there is more ORDER. Order is the key to make TDM better.

- In CA round system and ..... NO RANDOM SPAWNS(10 sec delay before start).
- In CA you has all weapons. No armors.
- CA more simple

You can't control powerups in classic TDM with random PPL. Thats why classic TDM sucks.(cant control your spawns, can't control nothing in game). If you talk smth in VOICE CHAT, teammates starts to hate you. There are no ELO near your nickname and they dont know who you are. Why they need to listen you?

On one side ppl angry cos of newbies dont let you to play normal.

Newbies angry that someone in voice chat gives you commands.

Because no ORDER.

So if in QC will be more ORDER and simple rules, ELO. If ppl noticed about rules before game and etc...May be our community increases by 2% .

This is main part of problems i think.

I cant say about innovations we need in tdm QC, cos i mostly 1x1 player. May be TDM players can say more about it.

May be we need MEDALS near nicknames, or team CAPTAIN by vote?
